WELCOME TO WUAJK UNIVERSITY
Women University of AJ&K Bagh has been established in 2014 under Women University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Bagh Act (VII) of 2014 to provide opportunities of quality higher education and research activities for women in the region. This is the only female university of the state. It currently has Faculty of Science and Technology and Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences under which 14 departments operate. On 03 June 2020, Professor (Meritorious) Dr. Abdul Hamid assumed the charge of university as 2nd tenured Vice Chancellor.
